Our Mission
What is "Credit Restoration"?

Your credit report is nothing more than a big brother report card updated by your creditors and maintained by the credit reporting agencies; Equifax, TransUnion, and Experian. We just make sure that these credit reporting agencies were fair when they filled out that report card. We also make sure that what’s on that report card even belongs to you! When we address an issue we find within your credit report and improve your credit, that’s credit restoration.

Payment Options

Monthly Payment Option: This is a “Pay As You Go” Service, whereas you make monthly payments as long as you are on the service and you can cancel at any time as long as you give a 15 – day advance notice.

12 – Month Payment Option: This is a “One Year Guaranteed” which means that if your scores has not increased by 100 points then we will continue to provide service to the client until their scores has increased from the time of enrollment by 100 points. In addition, this service will cover the client in a case of any derogatory items “old or new” shows up on the client’s credit reports within the 12 month period at no additional costs to the client. Please note: that this payment option does not mean that the credit restoration process will take 12 months. It just give you that 12 Month protection and additional credit building coaching.

What is the Fair Credit Reporting Act?

The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) is a federal law that regulates how consumer reporting agencies use your information. Enacted in 1970 and substantially amended in the late 1990s and again in 2003, the FCRA, among other things, restricts who has access to your sensitive credit information and how that information can be used.

How do I get a copy of my credit report?

We, by law, are unable to order a copy of your credit report. Since we cannot pull your credit for you, we ask you to sign up for a trial membership with a credit reporting company such as privacyguard.com that will provide you with your scores along with a complete copy of your credit file.

How can you restore bad credit?

Once we have your credit reports, we then dispute the questionable items to the credit reporting agencies, and creditors/lenders on your behalf. Any information the agencies or creditors cannot verify is removed. Any dispute not responded to within the allowed response time is removed.

Probably sounds easy, but if you ask someone who has attempted to dispute their own credit, they will tell you it's actually not. According to federal law, the credit agencies can ignore your dispute under a variety of conditions. A large percentage of dispute letters sent directly from consumers are rejected under one credit agency pretext or another. Making it a very time consuming and frustrating task.

After we dispute your inaccurate credit, a new copy of your credit report will be sent to your address showing any deletions or improvements. When you receive your new copy you'll send us the updated version of your credit report, so we can continue disputing the remaining inaccurate/negative items.

Any accurate and verifiable information will remain on the credit report. All too often, disputed credit items cannot be verified or in many instances the creditor will not respond to our dispute due to our approach and the negative item is removed.

How long does the restoration process take?

Every client is different, but generally, you can expect to start seeing some progress within 45 days and significant improvement within 6 months. Credit Restoration is a process and although we work quickly to restore your credit we can only move at the credit reporting agencies, courthouses, and creditors' pace. Please understand that every case is different.
